Time issues (time difference, holidays)
Note: To find out the public holidays in each country is a tricky business. Some on the web sites contain faulty holiday information (and the sites usually warn you about that). You may want to double check the information from an other site, or even better, from a person living in the target country/area.
Note II. Many of the web sites come on go, that is the reason I have listed many of them; in case a site is not alive anymore, turn to another site.
